 California Cement is a family-owned concrete contractor located in Benicia, California. Owner, Chip Whalen has 35+ years of experience in the concrete industry and has been in business for over 25 years.  We specialize in both residential and commercial project and are fully licensed, bonded and insured through the State of California. We strive for total customer satisfaction throughout the entire construction process from  estimate to post pour.
